| Graduates for 2007 | |

Joshua Silvia graduated our G.R.A.C.E. Rehabilitation program on September 16, 2007. He is pictured here with Pastor John Robbins (right side of picture) holding his certificate of completion. This is a proud moment for Joshua after much hard work. We pray that God will continue to bless his accomplishments as He has blessed this one. Joshua Silvia's Testimony For twenty-three years of my life, I lived without lasting peace and joy, even when my life was going great financially, I still felt a sense of emptiness. During the past year I realized I needed to accept Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and saviour, but I didn't have the proper understanding. I prayed for God to lead me in the right direction, a place where Christian values, and Christian beliefs were a way of life. That place was Hope Haven Gospel Mission. Hope Haven helped me grow as a Christian in need of spiritual guidance. I am a better man now, spiritually and mentally then when I first arrived at Hope Haven. I feel blessed since turning my life over to the Lord. Finally, I feel at peace in my mind, and heart because I know I have been given the gift of eternal life. I owe everything to Hope Haven because without it, I may never have received that gift. |

John Green checked into our G.R.A.C.E.
program on December 21, 2006 from Gales Ferry, CT. He graduated the
program on June 10, 2007. John came as a consequence of having
problems with drug and alcohol addiction. The State of Connecticut
during his tenure in the program suspended his child support
payments, until after his graduation, recognizing his earnestness
after a court appearance to get his life back on track. While in The
G.R.A.C.E. Program John accepted Christ as his personal Lord and
Savior, was baptized, and completed a new members class at Open Door
Bible Church in Lisbon, Maine At John's graduation ceremony during the invitation and closing of the service, his father accepted Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. Truly God is good!!! John is now back with his family: drug and alcohol free, in Gales Ferry. He has a job and is attending Steadfast Baptist Church in Groton, CT. We and the family are grateful for the many prayers of those, in John's new life and journey. |

Gregory Davies came to Hope Haven with
the condition that he enter our G.R.A.C.E. Program. He was a
resident of Windsor, NH. He checked in on November 13, 2006 and
began the program on December 16, 2006. He graduated on May 11,
2007. Greg was mandated through the court in New Hampshire to either complete our program, or to serve out the remainder of his time incarcerated. Greg is doing well! His mother is very thankful that Hope Haven Gospel Mission was able to help her son at a time when it appeared that there was no hope for her son. |

David Bressler came to Hope Haven after
his marriage fell apart. He was a resident of Auburn, ME. He checked
in on September 17, 2006 and entered into our G.R.A.C.E. program on
November 14, 2006. He graduated on April 15, 2007. David now has a job and is trying to rebuild his lift with God's help. David is trusting God to heal his family's situation, and marriage. One day at a time. God is able!!! |
