Mike Winslow is a Florida native with a history of success in sales and management for a national food products company. His relationship with Christ began with his salvation in 2006. In 2009 he became actively involved with service in his church’s youth ministry where he developed lasting student-leader relationships with the teens he served. During his service, he felt the call to serve in a full-time capacity but had no true direction yet. Willing and waiting, he began ministerial studies at Liberty University and deepened his relationship with the Lord. The answers came when he and his family made their final move in July of 2015. As Operations Director he oversees the day-to-day operations at the Mission, ministers to resident volunteers, manages ordering of supplies and food, coordinates pickups from local vendors, and basically makes sure eveyrone has what they need. Mike continues his studies with Andersonville Theological Seminary and spends much of his time working at the Mission and ministering to the men. Together, Mike and Rebecca are raising five children and enjoy exploring the outdoors in their new home.
